A wonderful screened in porch off the dining room easily opens out onto the pool deck.
The kitchen has Brazilian granite countertops and bamboo cabinetry, fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, convection oven/range with hood, microwave, and even a wine cooler.  The dining room has seating for 8 to 10.

Our Policies 
Making Your Reservation   
If you leave a message, please provide us with your name, phone number, requested villa and vacation dates.
Once your visit is confirmed, we'll need to know know your airline, flight number, arrival and departure dates and times to and from St. Thomas.

Deposits
 A deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation. We only accept personal checks & money orders.

Rental Cars
 Let me know if you need assistance in securing a 4 wheel drive for your vacation.

Confirmations   
 After I receive your deposit I will send you a confirmation of your villa rental. The balance of the rental amount and tax is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations     
 All cancellations and any requests for changes to your reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number in your party) must be made IN WRITING, and emailed or mailed to us promptly. Once we have received your deposit, if you cancel/change your reservation 120 days or more prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% of the total rental rate. If you cancel/change your reservation 60-120 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental rate. If you cancel/change within 60 days of your arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental rate. However, if we are able to re-rent the property during your rental period, your payment will be refundable, less a 20% administration fee of the total rental rate. 
We suggest you purchase trip insurance to mitigate charges from any unforeseen cancellation.
